Hype Building! John and his team have been absolutely fantastic with our project, we have absolutely nothing but praise for this company. HYPE Building are at last builders you can trust, John and his whole team are outstanding in all that they do. Our on site build team were impeccable in their work, Lee who managed the project for us was outstanding with excellent communication at all points throughout the build, being onsite with Doug from day one. The whole team were great, the bricklayer, electrician, decorator, allowing us to exude confidence in them all. The work that has been completed has transformed an unusable space in our house to an exceptional space that gets utilised daily!

Cannot recommend HYPE Building enough. John helped us to design (and construct) our extension, kitchen and cloakroom. He was available from the beginning of the build to the end - his advice was invaluable and he ensured everything was within permitted development rules. His team of professional tradesmen were exceptional, they turned up when they said they would and worked extremely hard to ensure the work was completed before Christmas 2022 - even with the weather against them. They managed the project between them very professionally and were honest and upfront about progress and potential issues. All in all they managed to make the wife happy and that is a massive achievement.

Having used Hype building a couple of times ourselves my Father in law needed some roof work done ,a chimney lowering, and some much needed pointing work done. We contacted Hype and booked in the work. The lads turned up on time and explained everything to my Father in law .They have done a fantastic job and he is very happy with the work and so are we knowing we have a company we can trust, he also commented on how clean and tidy they left everything, I highly recommend Hype to anyone considering any building work

Stumbled across hype via there social media channels whilst looking for a builder to carry out various repairs on a terraced house in Stoke, after meeting several builders to be told I would need to find different tradesmen to do certain aspects of the work, I was relieved when John told me he could project manage the whole project and bring in the correct people to get the job done without me having to worry about anything.
So decided Hype was the way to go, just for the ease.
I was made aware that the price given was an estimate and could change if any complications throughout the works, which quite soon in it became obviously apparent that more works were indeed required. John was sympathetic with my financial situation and offered multiple solutions to such issues to help reduce the cost of the additional works which I am extremely thankful for.
I had many different tradesman around the property that carried out the works, each and every one of them was respectful to myself and did the job that I wanted doing.
As with everything there were a couple of snags at the end of the project that I wanted addressed, this couldn’t have been made simpler by John who inspected the works and had the snagging completed without delay or complaints.
All in all the team at Hype are all good honest people trying to make a living professionally and honestly, nothing that I asked them seemed to be an issue and the works were completed to my satisfaction.
I would definitely be calling hype again if I am in need of such services.

Hype building recently completed a full refurbishment of a 4 bed student HMO in Stoke-On-Trent.

I had already heard of the team and the quality of work they could provide after speaking to people involved in the property indudustry. The teams professionalism and expertise were apparent from day one as they listened to my requirments and provided options and solutions to get the best results. Designs were discussed and a schedule of works was created to fit into a tight time scale.

John and his team were dedicated in providing quality of work that met all building regulations and specification. There was some confusion on the design initially however this was quickly and effectively corrected and it was apparent that customer satisfaction was paramount to John and his team and nothing was too much trouble. The communication throughout the project was second to none with constant updates and clear information provided when further decisions needed to be made such as a new roof being required.

John is extremely knowledgeable with all building matters and he is a master at finding snags to get perfection. The whole team provide a truly professional and high skilled service. If you are looking for a hands free solution from concept to the finished item then I cannot recommend Hype Building enough.
