I can unreservedly recommend Ian Denton as an architect. He has extensive, sound knowledge of all the variety of areas needing to be considered before embarking on any project. He listens carefully, ensuring at every step of the process the client is in the 'driving seat'. The quality of his plans reflect this, are imaginative and reflect need. He uses all technology available to good effect, eg discussion of plans via Zoom so any alterations requested are executed immediately, in real time, using 2D and 3D images to enable the client to both check and gain an idea of finished outcomes. In addition to his high levels of expertise, client service his tariff is astonishingly well priced, scrupulous and exceptionally fair in totals.
