Just started using Ideal Lifts and had our first service/repair, I cant fault them at all - From Claire's efficiency in the office, sourcing parts and keeping me updated to Adam who visited, his attention to detail, finding a fault of a poor connection which had not been solved by our previous lift company.

and always deliver.
Would like it if they did careful inspections and repaired or replaced the issues they notice
eg; external call button lamps, internal car lighting.

Great company. My lift failed (would go up but not down) and my usual service company had kept me waiting nearly a week for an appointment. I contacted Ideal Lifts on a Thursday and they had called and cured the fault by the end of the next Monday. As I signed up for a 1 year service contract and no parts were used there was no charge. During setting it all up I had several eamail exchanges with different members of the team - all responded nearly instantaneously and answered the questions that I had asked. This company deserves your business!

After having a truly diabolical display of Customer Service from another lift company my dealings with Ideal Lifts Ltd. and their staff has been like a breath of fresh air. Helpful and professional in every aspect of their service they truly did step-up when I needed them. First class service.

We have lived in a block of flats for 6 years that has a lift supplied and serviced from Ideal Lifts. The lift was clearly installed faulty and breaks down on a monthly basis with people trapped inside. Even more concerning is the fact that the engineers take so long to arrive, and we have had to use the Fire Brigade on at least 7 occasions to rescue trapped residents which is a complete waste of their time. It has got to the point now where residents cannot safely use it without fear of being trapped, and now just use the stairs or send up shopping in the lift. The service and lift is absolutely shameful. If looking for a lift company to supply and service a lift, do NOT use Ideal Lifts if you value your time and safety.

Brilliant service from start to finish of the repair of my stairlift. The engineer was friendly, polite and hard working and definitely knew his stuff. Would highly recommend Ideal Lifts.
