We engaged Nathan to help draft plans for renovating our 1970s property after parts had suffered water damage and others needed serious modernising.

Nathan was helpful, punctual, and for new home owners going through a process like this for the first time made it easy to understand what we needed to do and when.

Using Nathan's project management service as part of the work was a huge help, in finding the right tradespeople for our project and keeping things running smoothly.

Nathan was also sensitive to budget challenges as price rises hit 2020-2022 and helped to find the right options that still delivered what we wanted. I would recommend Ikonografik to anybody with a challenging project and little time of their own to manage it.

I employed Nathan from the start of my quest to have a loft conversion into a bedroom, He had the Knowledge from the beginning who to contact at the local council personnel, and arranged a visit from the council, he was able together with the council rep. to formulate an acceptable procedure for this to happen he then tendered the project out If I remember 3 Contractors submitted Quotations and at this point I decided the Quotation prices were way to High so I contacted Nathan and thanked him for experience from start to finish of the project but I was not willing to go any further with project at the moment, the bonus out of all his advise with the local council is I have attained Conversion go ahead. this was a painless journey by Nathan's know how and ability to bring all the relevant parties together, would recommend him to anybody considering Architects assistance.

We were embarking on a significant basement conversion project on our home in Woodseats, Sheffield. After receiving quotes from several building companies we soon felt lost and overwhelmed. A friend who works in architectural services recommended Nathan at Ikonografik to help us with the design of the project as well as navigating complexities such as planning permission, building regulations etc.

From the first conversation with Nathan we knew that we were in safe hands and the project almost instantly had structure and focus and we felt for the first time that we were actually going to make it happen. Nathan took the time to understand what we wanted and made clear and achievable what had previously seemed impenetrable.

Nathan provided highly detailed plans and was amenable to alterations and changes. He also arranged for planning permission visits and paperwork and regulation checks and guided us through processes such as the Party Wall Act.

The builders that we eventually employed for the work were able to follow his plans throughout the entire build. Using Ikonografik saved us time, money and hassle throughout the project. Having clear designs and timelines from the start made everything easier and meant that the project was able to stick closer to time and budget.

It's clear that Nathan really cares about his work and showed a real interest in our project. The conversion has made a huge difference to our family life, expanding the functional space for our family of five significantly as well as providing an office space for home working.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ikonografik to anyone looking to embark on conversions, extensions or any architectural projects.

We were very happy with Nathan's professional advice and approach to the design of our garage conversion. This is our first house and it was the first time we had any structural building work done. What I imagine could have been a stressful process in the wrong hands was made very straightforward by Nathan. At the design stage he was extremely helpful with lots of ideas for the project, such as the feature radiator which we hadn't previously considered but really like now.

As well as designing the plans, Nathan also managed the project, liaising with the council building inspector and the contractor to ensure that things progressed smoothly and we were kept fully informed along the way.

Nathan's attention to detail, both in the specification of the contract for materials and the finish meant that the end result was exactly as we had hoped. We would definitely recommend Ikonografik Design and would use Nathan's services again in the future.
