In December 2017 we moved to a very neglected, 'time -warp' 1938 house that needed considerable refurbishment and an extension. Inca Developments were recommended to us by a friend who had already used them before. So, Jim Flatman and his team undertook a complete refurbishment of the old house at the beginning of February. They totally re-roofed, re-plumbed, rewired and re-plastered. They installed two large areas of new flooring, converted the garage to dining room, added a new kitchen, and a room above as part of small single story extension which encompasses yet another new room and a new en-suite.
Despite a dreadful period of snow and rain, Inca managed the whole project in a little over three months. The team were totally reliable, worked very long days; nothing was too much trouble and they made an excellent job of the whole, very demanding, project.
We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Inca Developments for any building, development, extensions, refurbishment etc - and have already done so.
Their work is first class and very good value.
