We used Invent Architecture to get planning permission for our solar panels. Having used other architects in the past, I’ve always been disappointed with the lack of communication and service after the point you pay the invoice, but these guys are amazing in this regard. From our first engagement, they were responsive, courteous and incredibly professional. They managed expectations perfectly throughout; always responding to queries and requests for updates with a few hours of messaging. Ultimately they also ensured we got the planning permission required; providing professional and accurate drawings (once again) in good time. Lee has just helped us with the drawings and design for our new house and has already submitted these to the council. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and any questions or queries we had were always dealt with straight away. Lee also gave us some great ideas to make our new house more unique whilst at the same time taking into account the construction of the house and how our design would affect this.
