It’s always difficult to review a company in a balanced way when the experience you’ve had with them has been such a positive one. For over 10 years I have put my trust and money into investing with IOccupy. From day 1 Bill, Darren and James have been honest, open, informative and transparent in their dealings with me. The professional approach from both sides has remained throughout and yet we also tapped into the personable side of one another which I believe is extremely important in any business arrangement. Whilst I would like to think IOccupy have enjoyed and benefited from our business relationship. I can confirm I couldn’t have picked a better business partner.

I-Occupy, as an agency, is very reliable and understanding when it comes to the whole application process.

Thanks to Rachel, who is very professional, helpful and polite, any issues or questions I had during the process were sorted quickly and efficiently. All details of the tenancy were explained transparently and she was very understanding with any problem that I had.

I-Occupy is very helpful and efficient with their service. I was tenant of 53, Tavistock street for more than a year. Application/Tenancy process is bit headache as they asked for many documents but that boost my confident about room security. My lettings agent, Gemma and Hannah was very positive, kind and professional. Hannah was very quick in solving my complains. Best part is this agency have online ticketing system which keeps records of every issue raised and documents shared with agency. Would gladly recommend to others.

I have never experienced such a bad service with a rental agency. Just a few points of how bad I-occupy is: PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!!

it has been 10 months and they are completely ignoring my request of having someone to come and check my smoke detector (which a member of the staff removed last xmas cause was malfunctioning)... 10 months.. security and safety is not a priority for them.

couple of days ago they have sent an email to all the tenants about them introducing some additional charges even to old tenants with a contract already signed. to their discretion they are adding the below fees :
-check out report £80
-if you want your deposit back you will have to pay £80 as a return administration charge.

- Wifi signal not working in the upper floor, I have asked them if possible to move the router.. their response was just a bunch of lies...

Only good thing of the agency, Hanna, the property manager.. she s polite, good with lies, but can't help yourself when you deal with such a bad management.
