Alexis and Petros completed a single storey rear extension for us last summer. We've waited to post this review as wanted time to get used to the new build and check it is as good as it seemed in the longer term!

What a transformation from a falling down lean to - to the light and spacious place we have now!

Overall, we are delighted with the finished product and also the service of Alexis and all the other great guys working for Ionic. The build ran exactly to time- finishing slightly ahead of schedule. Despite some issues in the process (none of which were Ionic's fault) - the team worked weekends etc where necessary to keep to the timetables. They also kept as closely as possible to the quoted price, informing us very clearly and promptly when any extra costs arose (such as unexpected issues with our ceiling boarding, things being measured incorrectly at a stage before they started).

The build job was managed tidily- we (and three teenage children!) did not have to move out during the works.
Any issues arising after completion were dealt with super-promptly

Ionic Builds have just completed a huge project for us. They demolished an existing extension, built a much larger extension including an open place living/dining/kitchen, a utility room and converted the existing garage into a room. Also gutted and refitted the bathroom, demolished an existing metre deep patio and replaced it with decking and a purpose built under decking storage, and removed a deep concrete ramp in the front garden and installed a new wall, block paving and a garden area. They quoted three months for this project, and despite the inevitable unexpected problems and the extra jobs we asked them to do the work was achieved in three months one week. During the work they were consistently good humoured, courteous and considerate, for example making sure that we had an operating boiler throughout. They were particularly careful to cause the least possible disruption to our neighbour which she really appreciated and our garden didn’t suffer any damage. Their attention to detail was impressive and we were always kept well informed. We are delighted with the finished result which has transformed our living space. We would thoroughly recommend Ionic.

I've used Ionic Builds for numerous jobs, from building a bespoke shed to installing a new bathroom and the work is always excellent quality and very fast. The guys are professional in every way.

The only problem you will have is getting a booking with them as they are very busy because they are VERY good!
