I used this business as i was recommended it by several neighbors who had converted their garage into a habitable room. I spoke to the owner who dealt with all the drawings and submitting my planning within a matter of a week. There was no urgency for doing it so quickly but because Ismael is so efficient i was able to start working on my garage conversion (New Build) within 6 weeks. I have no building experience and did not know anything about building control. Ismael was able to get me a substantial discount on an inspector as he is an approved vendor with my local council.

The drawings i received were so extensive it allowed me to understand what type of materials would be needed in the build. I am so happy with the service provided i have recommended Irasia Designs to my neighbors as he was extremely professional was only a phone call away, explains things in a simple manner and help me submit my planning and building control paperwork. Thank you for all your help. Much appreciated.
