We're really happy with the work Luke & his apprentice (sorry we don't recall his name) completed. They were very professional, helpful, tidy & thorough. We needed some new sockets putting in the kitchen. Luke assessed our requirements & came up with an amazing solution. After putting the new sockets in they checked the whole system & rectified a fault they found on a different circuit to the kitchen. We really can't thank them enough. It's made a huge difference! I called Luke at 8am on Easter Sunday because the power to kitchen appliances were tripping the fuse box. I left a message, he called me back immediately and arrived at property within an hour. I can’t thank him enough as he identified the problem very quickly (a fault with dish washer) turned off the faulty appliance. Luke rewired our house and fitted a new consumer board a while ago. He communicated really well with us when arranging a time to come and give us a quote and for times to come and carry out the work. He worked long days and worked hard to complete the work in the time scale he gave when he took on the job. We couldn’t of asked for a better service. He was friendly and tidy. Luke carried out several electrical jobs including installing a new consumer unit, installing electrics for a new kitchen and fitting appliances and light fittings during December 2020 and January this year. I am delighted with the work he has done. His work is very considered and the items I asked him to find for me are very attractive. Luke did a complete rewire at my sons bungalow about 18months ago, which we were absolutely delighted with and so when I needed work doing in my own bungalow, I had no hesitation in asking Luke to carry it out. He fitted a new consumer unit, ran in a new feed for an electric cooker , fitted a new fan and light in our shower , replace an old bathroom fan ,ran power out to my shed including lights and sockets. finally completing a full premises safety check.

I called Isystems when a more local electrical service did not get back to me as promised. Luke and his apprentice (sorry I forget his name!) not only came and installed my lights within just a few days but also relocated a ceiling light for me which had been previously inconveniently placed while they were there.
