Wish we had found Iain on our previous house building and home improvement projects. He came to us on very strong recommendation and we can see why. His experience in both architectural drawings and building inspection shines through, a brilliant service from start to finish, listened to our needs and came up with great options. Drawings on point and he was more than happy to make changes as we went along. A great communicator, always responsive and highly efficient. Planning was a breeze.
Can honestly say we’ve never had such a great service as provided Iain.

My wife and I would like to express or thanks and appreciation to Mr Iain Allars, Architect whom we contracted to draw up architectural plans for a downstairs’ extension to our home.
He was courteous, respectful and efficient. He guided us though the process, provided additional ideas and produced work of the highest standard and in a timely manner.
Mr Allars also took time to ensure that we were fully informed of the next stage with regards to planning permission etc.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Iain Allars, the service that he provided has been exceptional.
