An Amazing Customer Experience!
Moving to a small Holding of 5 Acres in Pembrokeshire, from a 2 Bedroom end of Terrace house with a 'Postage stamp size garden' in the Home Counties in England, brought about some interesting challenges to say the least!
I have no-doubt my ignorance, of the total different way of life, contributed to the challenges!
My need was to find a Professional and competent 'Ground Works Company' to deal with the challenges I believed to be huge in scale.
After a period of 'Networking', fate blessed me with a recommendation for Ieuan of IWG Plant Hire & Groundworks.
From the initial site meeting with Ieuan, he was able to reassure me and in a very positive manner extracted all the relative information he required and proactively included me in the 'Works Planning' stage.
It was clear that MY perception of scale was misplaced as IWG possed all the relative 'Plant, Skills, Knowledge & Expertise' to accommodate my needs. Happy Days and goodbye to my stress and worry!!!
The range of work I required was diverse and included the following:-
* Ditch cutting/Digging
* Ground Drainage
* Track Laying with 200 Tonne of 'Blue Stone'
* Prerequisite Ground leveling and membrane deployment
* Car Park Area
* Fencing and Drive Gates
* Relaying of Driveway and surface dressing of aggregates
* Supplying of all materials including pipes, membranes, aggregates, fencing, gates and associated hardware.

Over two work contracts IWG fulfilled all the required works to a 'Gold Standard' finish! Truly Exemplary! All finishing was amazing, with 'Laser like' straight edges and leveling which defied the terrain in which the 'ground works' were conducted.

Ieuan clearly is a perfectionist and takes pride in the quality of works to which he aspires and surpasses. Clearly extreme expertise has been acquired by him in his plant machine operations. I was truly amazed how 'at one man and machine' can be ! This expertise defining the quality of the job, expeditious time and keeping with budget requirements.

It is without hesitation I can recommend IWG Hire and Groundworks for everyone's ground works needs!
