DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! the director Ian is extremely rude and aggressive and has refused to complete snagging work after having a plumber decorate my bathroom who is not a trained painter, needless to say the paint work is terrible can still see all the old paint round the edges! Ian agreed it required going over but then sent his groundsman to go over the paint work, however the groundsman advised when he saw the extent of the painting required that he does not have a steady hand and did not feel comfortable doing the work and that he would more that understand if i told him to leave, As he is a groundsman was not happy with having this job dumped on him his words! After calling the office to raise this with them I was told Ian would call me back quite rudely, when he did he was rude aggressive and accused me of lying! Never have I ever had to deal with a contractor like this or been spoken to the way i was by him unprofessional! This work was required after the passing of my mum and taking on my sisters care the bathroom was to be adapted for my sisters medical needs, the last thing i needed was to have to deal with something like this and have a rude agressive person barate me over the phone! the only thing they have going for them is that they have good honest tradesman that will be upfront with you when they attend your property to complete work they are not trained to do. Shame the management can't be so honest and learn some customer service skills! Appalling company will never use and will advise everyone not to use them! If you do find yourself desperate enough to use them, ensure you record any Conversations or have witnesses to them and have everything put in writing to cover yourself!

I'm just lucky that I didn't pay for this work and it was contracted to them via the local council, who I have now had to make a formal complaint with about this!

Had some problems at home and in my business, let down by a few companies. IWL were able to sort everything out, the initial contact with them was very polite , professional and friendly. The work was carried out to a very high standard, cleanest workmen I have ever seen. Respected my property, polite workmen and easy to work with. Thanks again for saving the day. I will use you going forward for all my future work. I would highly recommend IWL to anyone.

We were super happy with the job IWL did. The installation of an outside socket was complicated by our electrics and the guys did an awesome job at short notice. The work is super tidy and the electricians reorganized their schedule to fit with ours.

called reception and was spoken to very rude and not wanting to help at all, after a short convo i hung up seeking to call back up to speak to someone else, before i could even do that i was called back from the same lady telling me how rude i was and that she would never want to work with me . i am absolutely disgusted with the service and customer repor.
