These guys came round to me earlier this week as working as part of the British Gas meter replacement project. I can't rate them highly enough. kind and polite doing a good job and went out of their way to ensure my pets were kept safe while doing the work.

I call up and spoke with Andy on I think it was the 1st of June who was absolutely amazing on the phone. He then came out on the 8th of June and measured up to do a dropped kerb and to also do my driveway arrive at the time he said and was an absolute star I then got my quote the following week on the 15th of June got all the necessary paperwork sorted and came to make a start on my driveway on Thursday the 21st of July they guys were amazing no messing around and just got on and got the job done came back the following day to do the last Finishing touches to the drive they was all fantastic cant thank them enough for the great work the done really happy with the outcome thanks again to u all and especially Andy for he help. First class service prompt reliable and friendly guys with years of experience and expertise

Is this a joke company? Because seriously, we think Stevie Wonder (or my 3 year old toddler) could have done a significantly better job than the atrocity they have left in my parents garden today. These pictures, unfortunately, are not of a derelict wasteland, they are in fact Dempsey’s shining example of how to returf a section of lawn.

They have doubled the turf underneath where it’s too long and just thrown little patches of turf in other places. They didn’t bother to water it in either. If you can believe it, they’ve even turned turf upside down and laid turf on top of it.

What an absolute disgrace; someone should be fired for not being able to carry out such a simple task. It’s offensive, amateur and worse than below standard. Thanks Dempsey, my parents garden now looks like a scrapyard 👍
