Promt response time, came out to us within 2/3 working days. However, when visited it was a swift 5 minute call in and a £420 bill… I understand you pay for years of experience in this trade but upon arrival the engineer looked at our wall and said “you didn’t even need me to come I could have told you from a photo”… which was a bit deflating to hear. On the flip side of this we asked if he could calculate the RSJ needed to support a patio door, which he responded I will send you some calculation over later, he did not take any measurements of our property and sent us over a generic drawing which did not contain the length needed. When I made contact my phone calls went through to answer phone and my emails and texts were ignored… not the best experience I have ever £420 paid for.
