Can't say anything about their services but their van drivers like to cut you up. Their van joining M180 instead of using the lane they were in barged over into the middle lane for no reason while i was passing them then gesticulated at me when i had the audacity to use my horn to make them aware of my presence. Luckily nothing in the outside lane so i could move over. Totally unnecessary.

This company was employed to convert my bathroom into a wet room as my husband is semi disabled. We were told it would take 3 weeks give or take its gone into 5 weeks now the whole job from start to finish has been a total nightmare. The company management have no idea on people skills or any other skills really diabolical from start to finish. The whole work force are only interested in making money for a very very poor job. This will be relaid back to the planer this company should not in my opinion be given anymore work on behalf of the disabled total bunch of cowboys!!!

My mother has just had a wet room installed by Ian from JP Developers, he was extremely good at his trade and was very keen on customer satisfaction, he has completed the job to a very high standard and was extremely thorough and thoughtful towards my mother's age and needs.
I would highly recommend Ian and JPDevelopers to anyone needing a good service.

Total cowboys. In December 2012 they fitted a new boiler. Recently I asked them to service it and they condemned it as unsafe. I contacted GasSafe who made the following (edited) report. JP developers have been instructed to make good their bodge job, as of 2 weeks after the report they haven't been in contact with me.

"Thank you for allowing our Inspector to inspect gas work undertaken by JP Developers Ltd
registration number 522582 at the above address.
The following items were inspected:
GAS SUPPLY
Our inspector found faults during the visit. These are listed below. Please see explanations at end of report to each defect severity.
Defects
1. The gas supply is not sleeved where it passes through the fabric of the building.
The gas supply defect was classified as: Not to Current Standards.
2. The pressure loss between the meter outlet and appliance inlet was found to be 6mbar.
The gas supply defect was classified as: Not to Current Standards.

Site Observations
I carried out an inspection of the gas meter installation and, where practicable, any associated gas
pipework. Defects were identified and further details are contained within this report.
APPLIANCE 1. Boiler / Ideal Boilers / Logic Heat
