Great service. Two glazed panels replaced....one of them a perfectly matched obscure panel. Measuring was done one day after my initial call. I was given a written quote 2 days later.

I was told that the lead time was 14 days. And it was exactly 14 days.

The guys who measured up and installed were clean, good company, vacuum-wielding professionals. They closed doors behind them, wiped their feet, put their coffee mugs on coasters and were in-and-out in 45 minutes.

On the installation day I got a call from HQ to apologise for an anticipated delay of 20 minutes.

How nice to be kept informed! How many tradespeople just fail to turn up at all?

Price was reasonable.
