We divided a couple of rooms, requiring a new bathroom, non-load bearing walls and structural alterations such as universal beams to support the first floor and holes in walls for new doorways and windows. James provided timely accurate quotes, and was accommodating when we changed our minds or were indecisive at short notice. He worked with the building regulation inspectors. His team were very professional and all excellent at their trades, whether it was plastering, wiring or carpentry. I'm very happy with the work that JSL provided and would happily recommend them.

Unfortunately for us our first builder had to be sacked. Poor quality of work, continuously requesting money, untidy practices, and an extremely slow pace of work to name just a few issues. Thankfully however we found James at JSL and his team. The difference in attitude, knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism, not to mention work ethic, was so refreshing. James took us from the worst experience you could imagine to one which we are so grateful for. The end result, my family and I now have the additional space we need and although it was a shame today to say goodbye, we’d have James and his team back anytime. Thank you James and your team.
