We were visited very quickly by the manager Neil to get our listing on the various house selling pages and went live within 48hours. Within a week, we had a buyer and we accepted the offer!

Unfortunately after a few months, that sale ended up collapsing and our onward purchase that was being progressed was put at risk. The whole team including management worked incredibly hard to re-list us, contacting previously interested viewers and recommending us to those who might not have seen our listing originally, drumming up as much interest as possible.

The hard work and publicising of our property led to another very quick offer and our acceptance, which led to the eventual sale of our property.

Jane Barlow at Jacob Steel was magnificent! Although she was our vendor's agent, she kept us more informed of what was going on than our own selling agent. Our sale was a little complicated in that our property was being purchased by a Limited company which involved additional solicitors and things got severely delayed. We were on the verge of pulling out of the transactions but Jane, with her experience and knowledge, took away a lot of our fears and kept us sane. A BIG "thank you"!
