Mr Rhodri Davies (surveyor) was professional and very responsive to our problem. We needed a survey done urgently to avoid losing a house sale and he had a very efficient staff and responded quickly at the end of a working day. He then very kindly surveyed the property at a weekend and the required report was with us by 9am the next working day. It was refreshing to find such a good service in todays climate. It was such an ease using James and Co. Surveyors.

Emailed them late evening and got a reply in an hour or so with a price.

In less than a day I received the paperwork to sign.

Lass then a week later and the surveyor had booked an appointment to view the house via Estate Agents.

Surgery date went and I had confirmation on the day that everything went well and was given an estimated date for the report.

Here we are, 3 days ahead of schedule with our report.

No hiccups. kept informed of everything along the way.

First time using surveyors and it was such a breeze. Definitely recommend.
