We are delighted with the work undertaken by James Cornwell. The kitchen is really lovely and completed to an exceptionally high standard. The specialists who completed each stage of the work were friendly, professional and prompt. They were always here when they said they would be so we weren't left hanging around. They worked quickly, completing each process within the timeframe we were told it would be completed. The office staff were brilliant too - nothing is ever a bother for either Charmaine or Phillipa. Chris and Connor were very helpful indeed and like the others, worked quickly and efficiently - and they were so friendly. Steve called out to check on progress and was always at the end of a phone if we needed him and all in all, the experience of having a new kitchen fitted was a relatively painless experience. We would highly recommend James Cornwell Interiors and rate them highly. They will be our first port of call for any further work we wish to have done.

From the planning stage to completion, I found the team friendly helpful and professional. We engaged James Cornwell Interiors to refurbish our kitchen and ground floor bathroom. They had been recommended to us by friends which was a good starting point. Our meetings with Phillippa their Head Designer worked through and developed our final schemes. She presented virtual images of the proposals to help us finalise our decisions. This process was relaxed and enjoyable. Once we had agreed prices, starting dates and programmes were sent to us for approval. All works were started and completed on the dates as programmed. Bathroom during week one and kitchen during week two. All the lads who carried out the work were excellent. Experienced, hard working and focussed on doing a good job. They consulted us where our input was required and completed all works to a very high standard. Charmaine their administration manager is always helpful and reassuring about the after care service provided by the company. I have no hesitation in recommending James Cornwell Interiors.

Work Done: - Replacement of Main Bathroom and an En-suite.

Extremely pleased with the replacement of the Main Bathroom and an En-Suite and would have no hesitation in highly recommending James Cornwell Interiors for anyone considering home improvements in the future. We will certainly use them again!

Having had numerous issues with our last bathroom replacement, we were a bit nervous especially as we were now replacing the main bathroom and En-suite at the same time but, due to the professionalism of all involved, from the initial design (Phillipa) to installation (main installer Ricky) it turned out to be a completely stress-free process from start to finish.

Prior to commencement of the work, we received a plan covering each day of the installation with exactly who was expected to arrive and what work they would be doing. All the people came at the scheduled days which ensured the whole job ran smoothly from start to finish. We also received progress calls (Charmaine) and a visit (Steve) to ensure we were happy with the progress being made and if they were there any issues – which they were not.

Rip Out (Connor, Ricky & Kris), Electrics (J R Forbes), Plasterer (Chris), Tiling (Gary) were all excellent and produced work to the highest standard however, a special shout out must go to Ricky (main installer) and extremely hard-working installer who had a big job not only installing the new bathroom and En-Suite but also fixing all the issues left over from our previous bathroom installation which he achieved.

The quality of the finish in both the main bathroom and En-suite are excellent and we absolutely love them both.

Amazing service. We had a kitchen makeover (worktops, sinks, flooring, and hob/cooker hood), and the ensuite totally redone. From start to finish they were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble from the designing to the project management. All are first class at their job. Every single tradesman that came to our house was first class in his trade and a first class person. An amazing team all round - could not recommend them enough!
