I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed by James Gallagher Ltd. The property is 100 years old, converted from business to residential, so required a complete strip out and rebuild. There were several age related issues along the way in terms of rot etc. James Gallagher Ltd addressed each one in turn and advised on the most effective and efficient solution, he also suggested some really helpful changes to the plans.

The standard of work is excellent. Quality materials. Clear pricing structure, Great communication, James provided regular updates on progress and any additional work required. No nasty surprises, I knew exactly what was being done and when.

Exceptionally tidy, the guys cleared up at the end of every day, despite the property being empty.

Great team, hard working, polite, a credit to the company. Would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommended. - AM

James and his team first completed a renovation project for us in 2015. James updated me on a weekly basis with a breakdown of the work completed, I was impressed with his communication and his professional, friendly manner. The schedule of works ran smoothly from electric work to plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting, this was due to James having a full team of very competent skilled guys.

James has worked on our daughters apartment also, his team turn up when they are supposed to, put in a good days work with no issues.

Our recent project was the biggest project to date, a total renovation of our bungalow, extension, rewire, central heating, Two bathrooms, kitchen, utility, windows and doors and all walls removed and remodelled and built new. We waited almost a full year for James, due to the high standard of his work and professional attitude. James and his team were with us during summer 2022, all his team worked well together and are happy in their work, no foul language and were always happy to answer any question we had.
I recommend him 100%. Well worth waiting for him.
