I called James after I'd run into problems replacing a double plug socket in the kitchen which meant the circuit breaker kept tripping, leaving me with no light, heat or wifi. He turned up within the hour and fixed it very quickly at a very reasonable price considering it was a bit of an emergency on a chilly day. No fuss or bother. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend James enough. He goes out of his way to be helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Some time ago he came as promised to install a chandelier I had bought and mend the fused kitchen hob light and fan which hadn't worked since I moved in August, all at a very reasonable price.
A couple of days ago my lights all went out, nothing else. I searched everywhere for an updated fuse box which was obviously fitted when the apartment's electrics were upgraded. As promised James came round straight after work and after looking in all the obvious places without success, he worked out where it could by following where the boxed-in cables went from the lobby and found it hidden behind the storage units in one of the rooms downstairs. After all that he refused payment which in retrospect I should have ignored. He definitely deserves the term 'trusted trader'!

Top bloke to work with, needed an ECIR for a rental property, the initial electrician my estate agents booked couldn't make it anymore so i had to rush around a bit but James fortunately managed to squeeze me in and sort me out with the certificate asap which meant my tenant could move in without making them have to replan their move in date, super grateful 🙂
