James is fantastic to work with. We have both worked together for a few years now. James eye to detail is great and he always there if I need to contact him. James prepared the drawings for a building regulations approval to remove a wall in our small terrace house. He was the lead designer for the building regulations submission which involved preparing the drawings, liaising with the structural engineer and building control. He's very approachable, listens to what we what, offers solutions in a non pushy way, super efficient and a great communicator. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would be happy to use him in the future. He's a pleasure to work with.

James completed plans for my house to remove walls and expand my kitchen , dining room and utility rooms. His plans were exactly what I wanted and were very creative and fresh. He was very prompt in dealing with this and also in surveying my house and submitting plans for a new window to Brighton and Hove council. I would highly recommend this architect if you want someone who listens and delivers in a timely manner.
