We have worked on two projects with Justin which were an extension on our dormer bungalow which added an extra bedroom and a garden room extension which was to give more family space. Without these extensions we would have moved house, the kids are now happy as they have two separate bedrooms and a big bathroom to use! Justin made sure everything was fully conformed to standards for the planners which made the process stress-free. When working on the garden room extension Justin cleverly worked as close as possible to the existing drainage system to maximise space to unlock the full potential of this house. All the family can now be together comfortably with quiet areas for people to go to when needed, I never thought I would be calling this my forever home however now with these extensions I’m proud to say that it is. Justin provided a construction specification to the builder which keeps our home warm a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Justin had a very good idea which was to move the kitchen from the front of the house to the back, this made the space work better for us making it all open-plan. The extension was just in the right position so the garden worked well and the vaulted roof adds to the overall enjoyment of the space!
For us Justin was a pleasure to work with, with great communication on all aspects. We had a very stress free experience with the right quality of build materials used to ensure we got the most out of our house at a great price, thanks to Justin our house is now our forever home and we wouldn’t want it any other way! Extension + Renovation - Leicester

We were very pleased with Justin Belgeonne from JB Architect Services (JBAS), he did a fantastic job for us; redesigning, remodelling and extending our 1930’s home. Our brief was to retain and restore the traditional features and look from the front, effortlessly transitioning to a more modern and contemporary look and feel to the rear, with a large extension that would give us an inside/outside space.

Justin took the time to really understand our brief at the outset and more importantly how we would use each space individually and as a family, so that his design would give us a flow that worked and accommodate our everyday living requirements on a practical level too.

He is visionary, who combines creativity, practicality with a great knowledge of planning, something that is increasingly important. His experience and knowledge gave us the confidence to know we were in safe hands.

His drawings were very good and accurate with huge attention to detail, something that our builder complemented him on. Justin also had the skills to advise us on internal layouts, finishings and materials which was most helpful.

Justin has a friendly, can-do and positive attitude and his approach to overcoming challenges was collaborative and done with tact. He is a pleasure to work and deal
with.

I have no hesitation in recommending Justin, he is an innovative architect and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough for your project.
