The guys at JB House Building Contractors Ltd have done a fantastic job for us at Oakfield Community, creating 4 brand new self contained flats for our adult residents with learning disabilities. They have already moved in and JB House Ltd have turned a number of old, tired bedrooms into 4 fantastic new homes for our residents to be able to live more independent lives through supported living, changing their lives in massive way. Thanks to Lee, Rob and Adam for all your hard work, with an understanding of what a different the new flats will make throughout the project, and completing it in great time, but also to a fantastic finish. Lee and his team are outstanding. From the level of customer service, to the build work, they truly are professionals, who are polite, courteous and a pleasure to have around.

Throughout the project, we were informed on what was going to be happening every week, any adjustments were explained to us in detail, and all the work was executed quickly and efficiently. They even made suggestions on ways we could improve the build, and why, and their level of expertise really shone through.

The site was also kept clean and tidy at all times.

Lee and his team have just completed a first rate ground floor extension for us and they worked tirelessly to make the whole process as smooth as possible. From our initial meeting, the in-depth quote and answering literally hundreds of our questions, to the day to day build, everything has been handled with great care and attention to detail. Lee and his men are reliable and a pleasure to have around. They provided us with first class brickies, plasterers, electrician, plumber, carpenter and pavers. Our foundations were complicated but all dealt with calmly, efficiently and promptly. No dramas here. We felt the whole project was in a safe pair of hands. Lee and his right hand man Rob, together with Adam and Ethan have been a welcome part of our family for the last couple of months. We were thorough in our research, meeting with 7 contractors before making a decision - Lee’s professional and meticulous approach stood out - and we could not be happier with the results.
