One word: Excellent. Great service- accommodating, helpful, and prompt. Once he examined the problem he offered an explanation and found to get the heating working on a cold February evening. He also explained a more expensive but comprehensive fix was an option as perhaps the solution may not work but did not try to persuade me that I should do it. Two other words- trustworthy and super-competent- thank you! (ok that's 5)

I want to say a big thank you to JDNA LTD for such a friendly, fast service. They did their work very well and with a lot of precision. He was really fun and chatty. After I made the call to them, they managed to schedule a date to get the radiator changed very quickly. He was great with timing as he said he will be here for 9 and he was here at 9 on the dot. He gave us a lot of useful and helpful information. The price is amazing for the hard, great work they do. A big thank you again!

Simply the best. If you're looking for cheap don't waste their time. They provided an excellent, honest service at a fair price. My single regret is that I didn't find them when I started to refurbish and update. Meticulous to the n'th degree, ensuring drying times etc were adhered, every blemish sorted to their high standards.

We have used JDNA for boiler service for yearly service twice. We have been experiencing a crazy noise from the boiler when we opened hot water taps last year. We arranged an appointment for JDNA to have a look (responded quickly and gave more slots to choose from). They came down and had a look and showed the parts with build-up and cleaned it. We also had to change a part due to normal wear. The job was completed in one appointment. I have also carried out the yearly maintenance this year and am happy with it. I would choose them in the future again.

A Christmas miracle! My Vaillant ecoTec plus boiler failed with a F75 code claiming water shortage Friday night before Christmas. Saturday morning tried to sort it out - Vaillant themselves said they could only make it by Tuesday, not great. Called JDNA at 10am, and spoke to the owner Auri who was excellent. He turned up in Stamford (outside their usual service area) in under two hours, and managed to get the boiler pump working again promptly and heating restored. Great service, great staff, this is how you run a company properly
