Joe is a top guy. Good with communication and keeping you in the loop. There were delays getting access for the survey but he was patient and persistent. The report was thorough and the photos were clear in showing the issues. He is happy to chat over the details if clarification is needed. The use of a drone to survey the external roof areas on such a tall property was a nice extra touch too.
