Rude and unhelpful. Looked at me like I was unwelcome and had zero time for helping understand what I needed, I’ll stick to going to your competitors, only came as what I needed someone said they got from here last year.

10 pounds dearer than the Keighley Jewsons for the same products..
When I queried it he said they get there products from a different supplier, personally I don't think he's could be arsed.
Regards to the lads in the yard they were very helpful and polite.

Recently working in the Colne area and popped into Jewsons, what a fantastic set up and team they have there. All staff polite and helpful, and especially Chris the manager, his knowledge about products I required was really impressive

Not really one for writing reviews but felt I had to this time. I needed to hire a core drill at short notice and have to say the service and advice I received from Steve in Colne was second to none . A credit to the company. Thanks

I really don’t leave reviews, but Jewsons colne are a complete rip off !!!!! , the BOY’S behind the counter all have different prices for the same item, and they are all highly inflated up to the tune of up to 75%, unless you are lucky enough to be served by Steve, the only MAN behind the counter that gives industry reflected prices, the lads in the yard are always very helpful as they have always been, but if you want trade related prices go screw fix or similar for anything jewsons have in there shop and Bradley timber and building supplies Nelson for aggregates or timber.

Been twice recently, and the staff at Colne could not have been more helpful on both occasions. Super service
