Built our extension and payments made every month as was arranged by him. We arranged all that as was asked. We provided cold drinks, table & chairs so they had something to sit on. Got on well and paid the last payment when they finished. However when the roof started leaking after a just a few years we notified him he said he would come and have a look. Unfortunately this didn't happen, I wrote a letter and posted it through his letter box and heard nothing. After working with him getting on well with Jim it meant nothing in the end when it mattered. We had to pay over 3,500 pounds of our own money when it turned out they had not built the roof properly, using materials not suitable felting that wasn't cut to length the story guess on. A builder he might be a Roofer they cetyainly are not and it will definitely cost you. Keep clear if this builder Always...
