We used JKT for some remodelling to our entire ground floor, including the back garden. They spent time with us talking through what we wanted to achieve, what we should consider and gave us a number of options. They provided valuable guidance and suggestions which improved the final proposal - their attention to detail was greatly appreciated by us. They also suggested some creative ideas which we would never have thought about, but with hindsight, really value. They assisted in the design of our re-landscaped back garden and presented useful 3D images to help visualise the space - these were extremely helpful when sourcing the landscaper. Overall we found them to be approachable, professional and extremely supportive throughout the whole process. We felt that they were on our side and looking out for us.
