We chose John Ford Group because they are local to us. The first time I met John I knew he would get the job. He was very polite friendly and professional he made me feel at ease.
John took time to look at the house and what needed to be done. He listened to every thing I asked for. Once John was appointed the job he kept in touch with every detail and always asking did we agree with what was happening
We had monthly meeting at the house.
So we could see the progress as well. John and his team were always there to help with any questions we had or any changes we wanted to make. All the tradesmen were very polite and clean all their vans were clean as well. It’s all the little details that makes a difference.
I would highly recommend John ford for any adaption work needed to be done. We had so much done. A lift put in. Bedroom floor strengthened for hospital bed.wet room Hoists put in. Slopped drive way and the access to front door was ramped so no need for ramps any more the kitchen was adapted for easy cooking.A home for a disabled person not a disability house.
We are so happy with everything.

I recommend this company to anybody who are looking for disabled bathroom replacement. They do all kinds of building work for just disabled people like myself. Young chap turned up name Harry who is here on his own first of all done a fantastic job then a couple more people turned up to help him. They all done a fantastic job I can recommend these people great guys can have a laugh and giggle with them but as long as they get on with their work that’s fine. John Ford himself came out and measured up the bathroom all went swimmingly, and then worked out what Flooring I was going to have,Sorted out a few hitches what they found at the start but they overcome them and sorted them out. Like I said good company good builders cleaned up after themselves made sure that they didn’t make too much dust and too much noise. Done a fantastic job at my property. I am really pleased in everything they done great job to everybody at John Ford company unit 203 Waterhouse business centre Cromarty way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 2QE thanks guys, and of course if you want things extra done you need to speak to them let them know they are willing to help without a doubt very kind and very professional workers even on the phone so like I said great guys, and girls.give them a look .

We had Harry and Rick to do our wet room, We found they were always on time, willing to listen to questions? and ideas. Very clean and tidied up any mess they had created. The wet room was finished on time and to a high degree. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic company that specialises in adaptations and wet rooms. We recently had all wetroom renovated through our social housing where this company was appointed as the contractor and we could not have been more pleased. They have highly skilled workers, practical and insightful planners, all who are extremely friendly, tidy and professional.

John ford group have just completed my wet room, the original bathroom was totally gutted and all replaced. I can't praise Harry the fitter enough he was amazing, friendly and helpful, each morning he was tell me what he what he was going to do that day and on leaving everything was always left clean and tidy for me over night.

Recently had small bathroom converted into a wetroom.
Very impressed with the skills of Bob and Rob. Mess kept to a minimum, and very trustworthy.
The work was to be a challenge at times in the small old bathroom but it was always overcome with skill and knowledge.
The moment John Ford came to view the work needed I had complete faith in the company. Office staff helpful and polite.
Have already recommended the company to two friends.
Well done for working in the intensely hot weather.

My family and I would like to express our thanks to everyone at John Ford Group involved in our recent bathroom adaptation. The job was completed ahead of schedule to a very high standard. The attention to detail was spot on. They even suggested changes to the OT's plan granting my disabled son greater access to the shower room while increasing his independence and safety.

I'd like to thank our fitter Neil in particular, who throughout the job was professional, courteous, and tidy. Most importantly he managed to build an excellent rapport very quickly with both of my sons, something that is not easily achieved as they as very cautious of new people. They loved having him here and would both get overly excited when he arrived. Although I'm sure he had other things on his mind regarding the job, he always made time to laugh and joke with them and answer all their questions.

He represented the company admirably and it was a pleasure to have him here.

I would absolutely recommend John Ford Group to anyone looking to have work carried out on their property.
