The structural engineer did not show my wife nor explain in terms she understood for removing an internal wall therefore leaving a 600mm pier where we said we wanted a kitchen diner. You can't pass a plate along a worktop with a 600mm pier in it. This has ended up costing us alot more money would not recommend to anyone.

A wonderful company for dodgy landlords. If you need a structural survey full of incorrect to cover up structural issues then JGP are the people for you. The provider of structural surveys full of incorrect information for Cornwall Council. I have a survey carried out by JGP and a vast percentage of the information in the survey is incorrect and this is known by the surveyor as he was given the correct information by myself and then produced a survey full of incorrect information provided by Cornwall Council
