It's been two hours outside my window with lights on and Van on...i cannot sleep, I rang you guys saying you would call them, but you didn't... No respect for people who have to get up in the morning and trying to sleep..if it carries on I shall call the police for disturbance...I understand you guys are working, but you must respect people living in the flats where you park your Van, leaving it on for hours with strong lights... Now the time is 3:40 am... I'm supposed to sleep, but can't.

Same comment as others regarding John Henry cable laying division. Noise, disturbance, mess, inconvenience all with no initial interaction with the local community, homeowners etc or I'm guessing the Parish council to iron out problems and sort out boundary lines etc upfront. Even in designated conservation areas. Except for a leaflet through the letter box.

They do seem to have an insular attitude working within their own little bubble, detrimentally impacting on other people's life and sometimes property and I do feel a greater initial visible management presence over the first few days of work would be mutually helpful. A mobile on site office set up for a few days or the first week so residents can have their fears and concerns addressed. Just a thought. It would help with regards to the Companies public image and make the overall job a lot less fractious. With snags and bumps ironed out up front and not along the way.

So if this travelling circus is coming to a place near you you now know what to expect. If you have concerns there are contact details on the leaflet but be pro-active. Approach the ever busy hardworking workers with a smile, they don't bite, or even better track down the chap wearing a shirt under the hi vis vest.

Did major damage to our front garden nearly two years ago with no warning and no licence number property and still have not paid us any compensation. There excuse, they hadn't done their research and thought the council owned the verge when we do. Staff were rude and just made weak excuses. They have no respect.

Utter trash. Every time they come to install fibre in my neighbourhood, they stay there for 2 hours without doing any work, and then leaves. 3 years without fibre. Ridiculous.

8am Sunday 18th March- drilling in the street that made the house shake and woke us all up. I told them they were in breach of sections 60&61 of Construction Act 1974, but they merely shrugged 'how are they supposed to work on a Sunday'. They are still there hammering. The reg is CA16 KWL, no photos will load on your site.
