Phoned John and spoke to him on the phone regarding a boundary dispute while going through with a purchase of my home, he fully advised me what options were open to me and told me the most cost effective way to resolve the matter, this cost me nothing in the end due to Johns expertise and know how with such matters.

Probably the most genuine person I've ever spoken to and explained all in plain English and was willing to help and not try and up sell any of his service.
