UPDATE Since posting this review a CCJ has now been issued against this builder & I am currently persuing him for monies owed
I used Jon Tindall Builder Ltd to be the main contractor to build an extension onto the back of my bungalow & also do some internal alterations. Originally the job was, in his words, "a nice little job, should take 12-16 weeks" but actually took nearly 10 months to complete. Numerous problems during the build, he went absent from the build for 13 weeks we had no contact with him at all despite numerous phone calls emails etc etc, his communication skills are absolutely appalling. He failed to organise trades in a timely manner. I'm currently waiting for him to repair/rectify the lantern which is leaking & also problems with the flat GRP roof which he did. I reported this to him in May 2022 & as yet he's failed to repair/rectify & it's now March 2023 I've contacted Citizens Advice & they helped me draft 2 letters to him & he's still not done anything, now my only course of action appears to be to contact a solicitor. I've already spent over £47,000 on the work & it looks like I'm now going to incur more costs to get the problems sorted. I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this builder

Jon has been brilliant with carrying out building work for my elderly mum in law. She is very happy with the completed works, he is friendly and professional and recommended some bits that would be safer for her such as safety hand rails etc. we would highly recommend Jon. Thank you.

We used Jon Tindall to carry out an extension. It should have taken 10 weeks, but took 8 months! He was very difficult to contact and made all sort of excuses. It was a very stressful experience. Despite promises he never rectified poor work
