I would thoroughly recommend using Jones & Associates if you are moving house. We did with our move from Littleworth, Worcester and our agent was Lee Kloos . Lee supported us from the moment we asked for a valuation right through to moving in to our new property. She is an expert in the whole selling/buying process which resulted in us getting a sale within 3 days above the asking price. Lee is an excellent communicator and made sure we were in the loop at all times as well as being available to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel under any real stress during the move and this was solely down to Lee and her support. Couldn't have asked for any more!

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail from this estate agent. A local rental listing has been copied almost word-for-word from when the property was previously marketed for sale, including references to "buyers" and "freehold," which are irrelevant to a rental. This suggests a lack of due diligence, particularly for an agency that promotes itself as offering a "bespoke" service. If they are unwilling to update basic property details, it raises concerns about the level of care they provide to both landlords and tenants.

Review rating increased and amended to reflect proactive changes made by the estate agent to rectify their error.
