After meeting a few other contractors, we chose Joseph Warwick Loft Conversions for our project to convert our loft into a new master bedroom with en suite – and also to convert our existing en suite into a new office room.

As soon as we met with Max, we knew that they were the ones to use. At our very first meeting Max drew up a floorplan for the project and talked us through the stages. He was also the only person who informed us about the party-wall agreement that was needed – none of the other potential contractors had even mentioned this. We really liked his honesty and down to earth approach.

This continued into the build itself, with the team (Jake, Callum and Tom) working on site. They were very professional and kept everything so clean! They really respected our home, and we had absolutely no problem with leaving them to it whilst we were out at work. The job took far less than what we had thought, which was great – it was always exciting to come back from work and see the progress each day.

The quality of the work was outstanding. Max kept us informed of everything throughout the process – which was great (we’re going to miss the WhatsApp voice notes, they were always entertaining!)

Max and his team were incredible, from the start. We were impressed by the speed and attention to detail by all his team. Our space is EXACTLY what we wanted. Really enjoyed working along side his team as they made my dream bedroom, dressing room and bathroom come to life. The most perfect build, so much so, that our neighbours also used Max for their loft project too. Just brilliant!!

Loft conversion carried out in 2022. While I’m not going to say that the build process was easy it was handled professionally and the standard of work was good.
The design was good and the management and workmanship was to a good standard. Absolutely recommend Max and the team and very pleased with the end result. Any snagging issues have been dealt with in a good timeframe and without issues.

From unused (barring the usual Xmas decoration storage) loft space to fantastic supersized master bedroom with en-suite and two veranda-style, full height Velux. Max and the team were extremely knowledgeable and the final result is a testament to their hard work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
