Very poor I was told a delivery date and had a text message at 4pm saying it will be the next day first thing. Had to contact again the next day at dinnertime still no delivery, then turns up with an item missing.
Spoke to the gaffer said he had told me about the missing item, which he hadn't. Very poor service, will not be using this company again. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

The owner offered excellent service. We was after decorative gravel, he showed us what he had available all varities were competitively priced and then unlike other larger establishments he was able to deliver within the hour. Highly recommend this builders merchants

Beware of these scammers. I'm out of pocket nearly a thousand pounds due to these cowboys overcharging me for building materials. They were charging £65 for a tonne of sand, which if u go to darlaston, it is only £31. I never realised until it was too late. They should be called Rip Off Merchants ltd

Complete cowboys went for sand and cement they had 25kg bags bagged into black bags and then offered to do the same with old cement . AVOID better to go b&q
