Jake and his sub-contractor team did a tidy job of replacing 3 flat felt roofs with EPDM, removing a redundant solar heating panel and replacing the rendering on a kitchen extension. We had left it late in the year for this type of work, so they were hampered by weather issues, which meant the work over-ran his initial time estimate.
Despite this delay, some very cold weather and some access difficulties Jake stuck to his initial cost estimate. We now have flat roofs which will last for years, and a waterproofed kitchen wall ! Thanks Jake.

We would highly recommend Jake at JS Construction. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout our project. He met with us to talk through our plans for our barn and helped us to work out the best way of achieving what we wanted in a cost effective way. He has communicated with us the entire time and has also arranged and co-ordinated any other tradespeople that we needed. His work is of a high standard and he takes great pride in what he does. Jake was thorough and professional. When he came to do the survey he explained clearly what the issues were and how he would tackle them. The work was completed to a high standard with an explanation of everything that had been done and all areas were left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

JS Construction & Bricklaying LTD worked in harmony with our other tradesmen to deliver a beautiful renovation to our two storey stone & brick barn; Building internals from start to finish, sympathetically renovating externals and landscaping the surrounding drive and gardens. Jake and the team are highly skilled, very hard working and a pleasure to have on site. We definitely intend to use their services again and would happily recommend them to others.
