Cant praise Kirsty at JT Dove, Berwick branch, enough. We went into look at the bathroom showroom, got some advice from Kirsty went away and decided what we required. Returned to order Bathroom shower etc and with Kirsty's help got it all sorted. From ordering to delivery took two weeks and every item was spot on. Cant thank Kirsty and JT Dove enough, very professional throughout the process, can highly reccomend.

Met with Kirsty this morning with regards shower, basin and toilet items. Kirsty was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous, she certainly knew her stuff. Dove is an amazing place and sells all sorts of useful things for the building trade, garden, kitchen and bathrooms. We highly recommend a visit.

Everything about the service from Doves was excellent, including the help and advice (and patience) from Kirsty throughout the whole process of renovating my bathroom. Also, Lee's helpful input on replacing the shower tray was very much appreciated.

Doves did everything they said they would, on time, everytime.

Thrilled with the service from Doves in Berwick for our refurbed en suite. Kirsty in particular was brilliant, advising and keeping us updated every step of the way. Brian the delivery driver was great at bringing any supplies needed. We are delighted with the outcome. Most fittings Roper Rhodes with Kudos shower. Rob at Tile North East managed to secure enough of the tiles we wanted when we thought they were on back order. Very special mention for the fitting team Rudy McLeod, Josh McLeod, Keiran Cromarty and Ben Punton, all local to the area. Attention to detail second to none. You don't have to go far for quality ?

Bought fixtures and fittings to refit our downstairs toilet from Berwick depot.The help and advice from Kirsty at Berwick has been second to none. She covered all the fittings I didn't even know we needed! Also the bonus of purchasing locally is the trade's deal with the company too so any returns, exchanges or additional items is so easily resolved

I had been to one of your local competitors, who tried to charge me 3 times the amount for the materials I needed. Fortunately their card machine wasn't working and I had to walk away. I came to your branch and I couldn't have been happier. Charlotte, who served me was very polite and efficient and the guy in the yard who helped me was, not only great craic, but very helpful and made my day better.
I'm not often working in Berwick, but the next time I am, and need building supplies, I will come to your place first. Well done.
