Booked an online order for garden stone with free delivery. Easy transaction, very helpful online staff.
The delivery driver (Adam) was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us, saved us so much time and effort dropping the load as close as he possibly could.
Also the staff in the Carlisle branch were great, and helped me cancel a bulk bag that was not needed, which was no problem.
All concerned went the extra mile, and I would definitely use them again.

Very happy with my recent visit. Ian at the counter was very patient and helpful about my pavement queries. As they stock loads of different colours Ian gave me a dozen free samples to take home so i could take more time to choose which one to buy. Thanks again
