Zehshan was incredibly responsive and helpful at responding to my query and coming out to the house for a visit. He was friendly and knowledgeable, offering us advice as well as the plans needed for us to knock down a load bearing wall in our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again in future for any further needs.

Fantastic service! Just Beams Ltd was hired to calculate a steel beam in the London area.
Zehshan and his team carried out the survey in timely fashion and gave great advise on other structural works within the property.
The design/calculations followed shortly after and Zehshan responded quickly to any questions I had.
I would highly recommend Just Beams Ltd and would definitely use again.

Extremely helpful when a property I was about to purchase highlighted structural issues. Trying to find a structural engineer who could assist was a minefield with many promised calls which never materialised. Zehshan and his team were invaluable in our building process. We were under extremely tight timelines and Zehshan responded immediately to our enquiry and someone came out to visit us the next day. He provided excellent advice on the issue we initially contacted him about but also assisted on another matter which was outside of his remit.
