Very thorough building survey service from initial telephone contact, arranging property visit and submitting a report the day following the survey. The report was presented in very easy to understand format and terminology along with supporting photographs which were extremely helpfull to understand each point raised. The property Kris surveyed on our behalf had specific faults which needed either immediate attention or those recommended that will require future attention, along with details why the faults needed attention. Excellent service

Fantastic service. Very responsive, fast turn around. Ordered a survey for a property I'm buying. Full survey with pictures and advice received day after they went to the house.
Survey done within a week of requesting. I even asked about a tree external to my boundary line and Kris advised us on it.
