Kim has totally transformed my garden into a welcoming outdoor space. He has created a series of flowerbeds, installed a supporting wall with sleepers, fenced around my garden, created a trellised screen to hide my water butts and finished the work with an amazing patio. At the start of the process I was unsure as to what I really wanted or, what could be achieved. Kim has great insight and created my outdoor space over a couple of years.

Kim's workmanship is superb due to his meticulous eye for detail. He will measure and take his time to ensure that joints are flush and levels/heights are consistent. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Rhys works with Kim and they are both very tidy, trustworthy and respectful when walking through my home to reach the garden. Kim even mops the floor on the way out of the front door!

I absolutely would recommend K C Build & Garden Design to anybody. Great, great work & very good price. A genuinely lovely local firm.

KC Build & Garden Design did an amazing job transforming our previously uneven concrete jungle with a beautiful Indian sandstone patio, despite the challenge of no rear access. They were able to complete the work with minimal disruption and much earlier than anticipated.

The price was very reasonable, communication was excellent and the team are professional and reliable, making them the perfect choice for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Highly recommended!

Kim & Rhys were both amazing to have around transforming an unused place in our garden into a beautiful decking to a hot tub. I have done a few jobs & invested on house improvements in the last 10 years and Kim & Rhys were the best professionals I have dealt with. KC Build & Garden Design
Kim and his team transformed our run down and unusable rear garden of our terrace in Sidmouth. After digging up a large amount of soil they created a wonderful new decking patio space, cut off an old concrete path and laid indian sandstone slabs, reestablished a shed base, painted the fences and put up trellis, a gravel base for easy maintenance and put in new plants and climbers.
They worked hard to get it done, and we really love the result. Extremely friendly team, always open to discuss even late changes. You could see and feel they are passionate about their workmanship. Pricing is reasonable and fair.

Kim has created 2 beautiful areas in our garden. After making such a great job of our front drive with Indian stone we asked him back to make a sunken patio with more Indian stone and timber sleeper seating. It looks brilliant. He's worked carefully to be in keeping with the 16th century cottage surroundings and come up with clever ideas to save us money. If only he did bathrooms...!!! Thank you
