K&D Construction built our house in Sutton Coldfield; as a retired architect I found the company one of the best I have worked with. At all times communicative and flexible, one or two things went wrong, but Kris Henscoe knew about them and had taken corrective action before I contacted him. The house was highly specified with integrated low energy systems and built to a high standard on time and to budget. We're delighted with our new home. As a result of that experience K&D is undertaking an office refurbishment for the Vintage Sports-Car Club, the project also going well and set for early completion. Highly recommended.

We engaged K and D for a substantial extension and refurbishment of our home in 2014. From the outset we were very comfortable with the approach to our requirements shown by K and D. Throughout the tender process they were professional and efficient. This continued throughout the project which lasted for 6 months. We had regular meetings to discuss progress/issues which was extremely helpful and everything discussed was acted upon very quickly. There were many members of the team working on the project and we found them all to be personable, professional and efficient. Whilst there were few problems anything that did arise was dealt with and if there were any delays we were informed immediately.

The project is now 10 years on and we have been delighted with the the quality of the work. We have had very few issues since but even with the minor issues we have had, Kris has been very helpful in getting them resolved.

K&D carried out a major internal remodelling and refurbishment of our house in 2019. They're a well organised and professionally managed business. All of the tradesmen are friendly and helpful and the workmanship is 1st class, we couldn't fault any of them.
Kris gave us detailed estimates, regular progress updates and costing reports, and quickly resolved the few minor issues that arose. We always knew where we stood financially so there were no shocks at the end of the job.

After much research and getting several quotes I settled on K&D Construction to carry out an extensive refurbishment on a 1960's bungalow at our garden centre.

We needed several internal walls removing, the front extending out and a garden room adding on the back. New wiring, floors and finishing along with new heating were all required.

Kris, and the whole team from K&D Construction were on time, on budget and worked in a clean, safe and organised environment. Paperwork, guarantees and relevant certificates were all made available without fuss.
