Great service, We contacted Keith as we were removing part of an internal load bearing wall. We received all calculations and report for the building control within a couple of weeks. The price was reasonable and we would happily recommend

Very highly recommended!

Keith was pivotal in ensuring our extension project was a success. He provided all drawings and calculations for a side an rear extension. We also had a few issues during the foundation stage and Keith took these in his stride and helped with creative design solutions to a non standard issue (unknown public sewer location). All this was delivered within tight timelines as the contractor was on site.

Work consisted of:

Drawings and calcs for 5 RSJs with a inner leaf supporting structure.
Multiple large 4m concrete lintels and an adapted concrete foundation design to enable us to build over a public sewer within regs.
Timber roof structural design/calcs . Designed the offset foundation to enable us to build without touching the neighbouring property and be complaint to sewer grid min distance.
Internal calcs to open up kitchen diner.

Pricing was very fair and communication was also brilliant.

Overall really pleased.

It has been a pleasure working with Keith. He took time to explain the process and purpose of the Third Party Wall before we started and took time to answer all my questions. He was very efficient communicating with our neighbours and kept us informed of progress throughout the process. I would happily work with Keith again and highly recommend him.

Keith was absolutely brilliant. He came out to inspect the intended work swiftly and the report was with us within a week.

After we picked a cowboy builder Keith supplied our new builder with all the necessary information and revised calculations really quickly and with a great deal of empathy and compassion.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith.
