When we decided to extend our home we didn’t have a clue at what it involved, Ke-design were recommended to us by a friend and we never looked back.
Our requirement was to create a home for myself, brother and sister to enjoy together, Craig came over to the house and discussed the type of things we wanted and what we could and couldn’t do. Within a few days Ke-design had some rough plans for us to look at, where we could discuss what we liked and what we didn’t, though there wasn’t much we didn’t like.
Plans were submitted, passed first time and only took 6 weeks when we were expecting much longer due to Covid.

We sourced a building contractor ourselves, who was impressed with Ke-design’s Building Regulation drawings and information, the project was completed from the initial conversation in under 12 months, with no problems.
