Recently visited Dee Gardens Keepmoat as looking for a home for my grandson.
Very impressed with what is on offer. Its in a great position for transport connections and the homes are lovely, finance packages suitable for a variety of home buyers.
Had a look around the showroom the lady who showed me around, Kim , was ever so nice , extremely informative ,explaining different aspects of the homes and area.
Persuaded grandson to go take a look as I was so impressed.

Having visited the Site and particularly the Show home recently - I wanted to personally thank Kim for her time, professionalism and expert knowledge of the local amenities, transport links, local landscape and more importantly the 'new home buying' experience. The Show home has impeccable decoration, furnishings and very tasteful accessories. Kim was extremely patient, transparent, always smiling, willing to be helpful in any way and not pushy for the sale. I recently visited this site as a first time buyer having relocated with my job to Broughton and had no knowledge of the area. Recently visited these lovely new homes just by Deeside. What a great location and the sales lady was most helpful showing us around and explaining everything on the site and the amenities near by. We will be putting down our deposit in the next few months, can’t wait to live here.
