Generally happy with the house but after care not great, roper rhodes showers fitted are poor quality plus went faulty quickly, had complained while in warranty but now out of warranty wont replace. Toilets had issues with flushes not working properly. Had a leak from the bath which was fixed but only after several visits and water was appearing on the ceiling downstairs. Carpets fitted by their contractor had staple blocks left under them so can feel bumps in places ,some of which I removed myself. Guttering not right, should be a steady downward angle but some go down then up again causing water to collect. Slabs on patio are wobbly in places as not bedded in concrete. Fencing is the thin slat type probably won't last long.

The worst company I have ever dealt with regards customer service, both pre and post sale. The general quality of the house is good with only minor issue's but getting those issues rectified is a nightmare. For example, I have waited 5 months to get a shower mixer switch changed, 7 months and counting to get a faulty kitchen cupboard fixed. The garden floods in the winter which I complained about in writing, only to be ignored. Would definitely not buy a new house from a Kiegar again, far too stressful.

I have dealt with Keigar over several years and several times. All houses are superbly built inside and out ( even the out of sight places ie the loft area). All houses are handed over completed and properly landscaped. Any teething problems are sorted out quickly with polite staff. The estate site is kept tidy throughout development and respect paid to residents. The Falkland Way site restores my faith in builders.
By the way, I do not work for Keigar, I have just invested in their properties!

Having bought several Keigar Homes I can not rate them high enough. nothing is an issue or problem, they build sympathetically with the area, unlike some other new homes builders the homes have character and style.

Would not recommend keigar homes. Nothing but problems from moving in. Quick to take your money but the after care is a disgrace. Rating at one star is been very generous.

Went to view a show home, advert said it was open on Saturday - turned up to find no one on site and calls to the advertised number weren’t answered. Absolute waste of my time.
